Jerry Seiter is a lifelong resident of Fort Smith and graduate of Northside High School. Jerry graduated from the University of Arkansas with a BA in Industrial Engineering and worked for 10 years at USA Truck. He is an active member of Immaculate Conception church and formerly the Treasurer for IC Men’s Club. Jerry has been licensed in Arkansas and Oklahoma since 2006. In 2024, Jerry became Principal Broker of Seiter & Wright Commercial Properties.

Damon L. Wright has been involved with commercial real estate since 1991 as an investor and developer. In 2004, he obtained his real estate license, and in 2007, he joined Nunnelee Commercial Properties. He previously served on the BancorpSouth Regional Board of Directors, the Mercy Foundation Board of Directors, the Fort Smith Chamber of Commerce Board, and the Fountain of Youth Adult Daycare Center Board. Damon holds a BA degree in Accounting from the University of Tulsa and a broker’s license in both Arkansas and Oklahoma.

Greta Barr has been involved in commercial real estate since 2004, when she joined Nunnelee Commercial Properties as a property manager. Since that time, she has become licensed as a broker in both Arkansas and Oklahoma and has completed many transactions. Her experience with various tenants and landlords, both as a property manager and broker, has made Greta an asset for commercial property representation.

Greta is an active member of First Lutheran Church in Fort Smith and has served on the school board of First Lutheran School, the Fort Smith Junior Volleyball Board of Directors, and as a past member of the Fort Smith Chamber Board of Directors. She is an active board member for local nonprofit organizations such as the Western Arkansas Tennis Association, an honorary ex-officio member of the local Girls Inc. Board of Directors, and currently serves on a local bank subsidiary board of directors. She is a 2014 graduate of Leadership Fort Smith and holds a B.A. in Psychology from Oklahoma State University.

Jackson Mendenhall, CCIM, a Fort Smith native, began his career in commercial real estate as a summer intern for Nunnelee & Wright, which led to him pursuing his real estate license. Since graduating from the University of Arkansas in 2020, Jackson has joined the brokerage full-time as a broker and holds active licenses in both Arkansas and Oklahoma. To further his education and skills in CRE, he pursued and achieved the highly coveted CCIM Designation, as well as joining the International Council of Shopping Centers.

Outside of CRE, Jackson serves on the Board of Trustees for Subiaco Academy, his High School alma mater, and has previously served on the Board of Directors for the Fort Smith Regional Chamber of Commerce.

Jim Nunnelee began his real estate career with the Commercial/Industrial Division of the Henry S. Miller Company in Dallas, Texas. He later moved to Nashville, Tennessee where he co-founded Nunnelee & Frey Commercial Real Estate. After selling the company in 1990 he returned to Fort Smith where he founded Nunnelee Commercial Properties, at that time the only exclusively commercial brokerage firm in this part of the state.

Jim soon became the premier commercial real estate broker in the area listing and selling more commercial real estate than any of his competitors. His client list and list of completed transactions is extensive. Jim has developed several commercial properties for his own account as well as for the accounts of others.

Jim has a BA Degree in Economics, sits on the Board of BancorpSouth – Fort Smith, and is an Air Force veteran. He achieved the S.I.O.R. designation in 1998.

Ashley DeLaet started with Nunnelee Commercial Properties in 2005. Ashley is a Fort Smith native and has been licensed since 2004. As Director of Operations, Ashley oversees daily office activities, design and coordination of marketing and social media, accounting manager, as well as other additional key responsibilities.

Ashley served as Orr Elementary PTA President and Fort Smith Long Range Facility Planning Committee member.
